PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Harris Burgos, Dominican

The Knights played just one game, but Burgos helped them secure a 4-1 Metro Classic win over Kenosha St Joseph. His two goals and one assist Wednesday were the difference as he also came just shy of his third hat trick of the season. Burgos sits at 11 goals on the season through five games.

TEAM OF THE WEEK

Cudahy/St. Francis

The Packers dominated Milwaukee Lutheran 8-0 on the road Wednesday, before returning for a 4-3 home win over Wilmot the following day. The wins brought 3-3 Cudahy/St. Francis his first three-win season since 2014, as well as his first winning streak of three or more games since 2012. Senior forward Phoenix Matel was pivotal in the comeback win over Wilmot from a 3-1 deficit. His three goals, including the go-ahead score in the final 30 seconds, helped the Packers reach both milestones.
