PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI – Donald David Gardner, 73, of Pleasant Prairie, WI, passed away on Thursday, July 8th, 2021 at Advocate Condell Medical Center, Libertyville, IL.
Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in the Proko Funeral Home, the funeral accompaniment will start at 3:00 p.m. The burial takes place privately. Instead of flowers, those who wish can donate to the Alzheimer’s Association in memory of them.
