Lee, held on a US $ 50,000 cash loan, faces two charges of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one charge of reckless exposure to first degree security.

According to the criminal complaint, Lee allegedly shot his neighbor with a handgun after an argument over a dog.

When a Kenosha police officer spoke to a witness, the ad said he heard five to eight gunshots from an alley behind a house in the area. The victim claimed Lee went to his house after an argument and came back with two pistols, pointed one at him, and started shooting.

Lee is said to have fled to his house, which led to a fight with the police. After talking on the phone to his father, who was outside the police station, Lee left the family home at 5500 block on 22nd Avenue and surrendered peacefully.
