A Silver Alert has been issued for a Green Bay man with Dementia.
91-year-old Norbert Francis Delvoye wandered away from his home on St. Anthony Drive near University Drive Sunday evening at around 6:00 pm
It is being reported that the 5’6”, 156-pound white man did not have his hearing aids in.
He was last seen wearing a bright yellow Bonduel Bears t-shirt, gray shorts, and gray shoes.
Delvoye is a military veteran, who could be miles from where he was last seen riding a transit bus.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Norbert Francis Delvoye, you are encouraged to call 911 immediately.
His family and authorities are concerned about him, especially given the hot weather over the last couple of days.
