Kathleen L. Morrow is charged with a crime of running away from an officer, a second drunk driving offense, and illegal alcohol operation.

A felony charge carries a maximum penalty of $ 10,000 and three years and six months in prison.

Morrow appeared in Kenosha County County Court for the first time Wednesday and remains in the county jail on a $ 15,000 cash loan imposed by Commissioner Loren Keating. She is scheduled to return for a preliminary hearing on August 12 at 9:45 a.m.
