Former Ohio State running back Mike Weber released by Green Bay Packers

Former Ohio State running back Mike Weber has been sacked by the Green Bay Packers. The pack signed former Atlanta Falcons linebacker De’Vondre Campbell and that required a change of roster from Green Bay, with Weber becoming the victim.

Weber has moved a lot in his short time in the NFL. He was originally drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2019 NFL Draft, but was drafted on 31. Weber was then on the Kansas City Chiefs practice team in January 2020, scored a Super Bowl win with the team, but was released a few months later after the 2020 NFL draft repealed.

Weber was then signed by the Packers in November 2020 until abandoned last week.

We wish Weber all the best in finding a new chance for his professional football career, wherever and whenever that may be.
