DEPARTMENT 4 REGIONAL

CRIVITZ 5, THREE LAKES / PHELPS 4

CRIVITZ – The Wolverines scored a run in the lower part of the seventh inning to take a walk-off regional win after trailing 3-0.

Riley Mueller went one out and scored the winning run with a double from Raegan Nelsen, who was 3-for-4 with two RBIs.

Hailee Gyger had two hits – both triples – scored two runs and had an RBI for Crivitz.

Mueller was the winner’s mug. In seven innings she gave up eight hits, four runs and knocked out five.

Mari Szews had three hits, including a double and a home run, and drove in three runs for Three Lakes.

REGULAR SEASON

SEYMOUR 13, WEST DE PERE 10

DE PERE – The Thunder scored six runs in the top of the eighth inning to take the 13-7 lead and claim victory.

The game was the resumption of competition which was interrupted by rain in the second inning on June 3.

Sophie Wery was 3 for 3 with three RBIs for Seymour. Andrianna Volz was 3-for-5 with three RBIs and Ariel Hartleben was 4-for-5. Emily Palubicki and Courtney Bunnell each had two RBIs.

Wery and Palubicki each achieved a home run.

Josie Fredrickson was 2 for 3 with two RBIs for the Phantoms. Morgan Hansel and Neveah Wagendorf each had two hits. Wagendorf hit a triple.

West De Pere scored three runs in the lower part of the eighth inning and left the bases loaded.

Samantha Nieland was the winning mug. She threw 7⅔ innings, allowed seven runs (two earned ones), and struck out six.

BASEBALL

DEPARTMENT 2 REGIONAL

WRIGHTSTOWN 12, KIEL 10

KIEL – The Tigers scored six runs in the top of the sixth inning to take an 11-7 lead and claim the regional victory.

Riley Leick had three hits and three RBIs, Braxtan Wasurick had two hits – including a home run – and three RBIs, and Quincy Klister had two hits and three RBIs for Wrightstown.

Isaac Rodgers and Quade Thompson each added two hits.

Hunter Schmidt was the winner’s mug. He threw four innings, gave up six hits and six runs (two earned) and knocked out two.

Tate Hartlaub and Brandon Stephany each had three hits for Kiel. Stephany and Daniel Schmitz each drove in two races.

REGULAR SEASON

WEST DE PERE 3, GREEN BAY PREBLE 2

GREEN BAY – The Phantoms scored a run at the top of the seventh inning when Jourdan Schuyler was hit by a pitched with loaded bases to claim victory over the Hornets at Joannes Park without a conference.

Preble loaded the bases with an out in the Bottom of the Seventh, but Sam Cherney led to a double play for West De Pere which ended the game.

Drake Van de Ven and Cherney combined four hits for West De Pere. Van de Ven hit four innings, gave up a hit, a run, and knocked out one. Cherney threw three innings in relief, gave up three hits and one run, and took the win.

Schuyler and Joshua Brud had RBIs for West De Pere. Schuyler hit a double.

Jake Petasek and Jagger Vine each had two hits and a double for Preble. Petasek reached the base four times.
