The 54-year-old man, who was found guilty in a fatal traffic accident in 2018, has been convicted.

Terence Cisler was found guilty of murder by negligent vehicle operation on a non-competitive plea and was sentenced to four months in prison followed by five years probation and 50 hours of community service.

The incident occurred on May 15, 2018 and resulted in the death of 57-year-old Rodney Bosdeck.

Cisler reportedly made a left turn in front of Bosdeck, who was riding his motorcycle on Highway 29 in the town of Eaton.

Cisler admitted smoking marijuana before getting behind the wheel, but the criminal complaint stated that Cisler did not appear to be affected.
