MADISON, WKOW – Dane County’s Rape Crisis Center (RCC) is holding a fundraiser at Breese Stevens Field.
On Tuesday at Wake Up Wisconsin, we learned more about what the RCC has to offer our community, including free services to the people who need them.
“So we opened in 1973 as a real crisis center. But we’ve gone so far beyond that now. We serve everyone who has experienced or been touched by sexual violence in Dane County, ”said Missy Mael, co-executive director of the Rape Crisis Center.
On Saturday, the center holds its annual Java Jive in Madison.
