Milwaukee’s Chase Tower sold for $34.25 million | 97 Seven Country WGLR – The Tri-States Best Variety of Country

The Chase Tower was built in 1962 and was originally known as the Marine Plaza. The building served as the headquarters of Marine Bank before merging with Bank One in the 1980s, which Chase Bank bought in 2004.

The 477,772 square meter building has 88,223 square meters of office space available for rent. This corresponds to a vacancy rate of 18.5%. Chase Bank is acting as the anchor tenant. Group RMC bought the 14-story 330 Kilbourn building in downtown Milwaukee earlier this year for an undisclosed price.
